Pairs, Factory & Router contracts

Instead of using the Pancake LPs, we deployed our own Factory, Router and set of Pairs.

The downside is that we'll have less initial liquidities since we can't take benefit from the Pancake's large amount of cryptocurrencies.

But thanks to this choice, we aim to create soon our own ecosystem (see this section).

Furthermore, the users who will use our own pairs to swap will contribute to our dividends system : instead of giving fees to Pancake, it will directly go to our Money Pots to be redistributed to our investors.

Another one great aspect to this is, contrary to Pancake, to have the ability of setting multiple fees for the same pairs, which will give us more flexibility to set various APR/%fee combinations.
